Online Scheduler | Online Appointment Scheduling
The Online Scheduler feature is an Online Event Reminder, Online Event Notifier, Online Event Scheduler, Online Datebook, Online Day Planner, Online Day Timer, Online Appointment Scheduler, Online Personal Calendar, Online Calendar Planner; and is refered to simply as the "Scheduler".
This is a great place to keep track of all of your events, and get your Yearly Event Notifications, Monthly Event Notifications, Weekly Event Notifications, Daily Event Notifications, and Appointment Notifications.
The Scheduler can send you email or text/sms notifications if you choose, and it also has a Mobile Accessible Version! You can edit your Event Notification Settings to choose for the Scheduler to notify you of events by Text/SMS Message to your Mobile / Cell PHone, Email, both, or no notification at all, by clicking on the "Options" menu above, and selecting "Notification Preferences".
You must set your Time Zone in your Account Settings to receive event notifications on time from the Scheduler. If you would like for the Scheduler to send Event Notifications to your Mobile Phone, then you need to Add your Mobile Number to your account.
Types of Scheduled Events
Appointments | List :: Create
These are your Events that happen once, period, like a doctors appointment, or worse yet, an IRS appointment! You will get a notification 1 day before, and again the same day as the event, at your specified time.Yearly Events | List :: Create
These are your Events that happen once every Year, on the same month, and on the same day, without deviation, like a birthday or anniversary. You will get a notification 7 days before, 3 days before, and again the same day of the event, at your specified time.Monthly Events | List :: Create
These are your Events that happen once every Month, on the same day number. If you choose a day number like 29, 30, or 31, then on months with less days you will get a notification on the last day of that month. You will recieve a notification 1 day before, and the same day of the event, at your specified time.Weekly Events | List :: Create
These are your Events that happen on specific Weekdays of the month, in alternation, or in succession, like every 3rd Thursday, or every 1st and 4th Monday, or every single Tuesday. You will recieve a notification the same day of the event, at your specified time.Daily Events | List :: Create
These are your Events that happen once every Day, like feeding the fish, i think... (do they need to eat more than that?). You will recieve a notification daily, at your specified time.Dayspan Events | List :: Create
These are your Events that happen after every so many days, period, regardless of the year, month, weekday, or anything else. You must span at least 8 days, otherwise you need the Weekly or Daily Event feature. An example would be moon phases, comet orbits, or anything that happens in a specific interval of days, like using "28" days so that you know when to hide from your wife! This is an absolute day-span count. You will get a notification 1 day before (if your span is greater than 27 days), and the same day of the event, at your specified time.
